From the beginning, we had great service from The World's Greatest heating and Air. Zach came to my house, did the inspection and was overall genuine and very personable. The quotes came to me the next day for 4 different options. I chose one and we set up the install in 2 days time. Austin and his helper (cannot recall his name) came out and laid protective cloth everywhere. Old units were gone in no time, and the rest of the time was spent getting the new one installed. They did not seemed rushed and took about 8 hours to do the job correctly. Went over the workings of the New Honeywell wifi thermostats and cleaned up all of the mess, even the rust that came off in my driveway. I definitely will use and highly recommend Zach and his team for a fantastic price and great work.

Darius arrived promptly on time and succeeded in diagnosing my HVAC! I received a thorough diagnosis and we discussed all parts of it. He was professional and I would recommend him & Worlds Greatest Heating & Air to everyone! I signed up for the Spring & Fall service because I trust them to take care of my system.

Darius Brown did a great job of helping us understand our heating and air situation and how his company can help us get things back on track. He was very professional and honest with us. He was efficient and respectful and it was a pleasure having him come our and provide us with a repair quote for our church.
