Very unprofessional hotel, there is barely a worker in to help you check in or out or any basics needs at all. You have to text a number for someone to come and help and they dont appear til 10-20 minutes after. You are only allowed 14 days of staying as a guest period. You cant book after that which the staff wont tell you until your 13th day of staying. The only good thing about the location is food places that are near and my room was clean thats about it, other than that dont waste your time rates change daily and they charge late fees when they want to and also they charge you a lower rate when they feel like it and will put the rest for you to pay on balance for next day of paying before check out or extension

WORST hotel i've EVER stayed in. absolutely horrible. it's never anybody at the front desk.. but yet the receptionist seems to always be around the hotel. COCKROACHES! and ANTS! the room smelled like smoke! unless you have your own firestick TV will not work. they will repeatedly knock on your door! you're only able to stay 14 days but it's workers that stay onsite that gets different treatment. kind of noisy between 3pm-6pm. NOT worth the money AT ALL!!!! please take your money else where, if i could give it 0 stars i would. they charged me $25 late fee when i already payed it! and said payments were passed due but THEY are the ones billing me because i go in person!!!! please do not stay here.

First time coming in staff was very helpful rooms could have updated I had to change my room because gnats was swapped in my room I couldnt eat. My roof caved in because of a room above me roaches there pest control sucks no reliable maintenance because they fire everybody Ms.Pam got fired then this other lady came in and she was very nasty she has no understanding and the corporate office or the number you call to pay your fee sucks they think they know everything and they lie so bad. They have 1 maintenance man and 1 housekeeper and thats not right. The elevator dont work 3rd floor doors are locked stairs are raggedy THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO SHUTDOWN no hot water sometimes the pipe will burst in whoever room and water be off for 2 days stairs raggedy people breaking in people room NO CABLE Wi-Fi real bad they want everyone on a 6MONTH LEASE Food & drinks: They have better snack machines
