The staff tries,but their hands are tied by management. They don't service the rooms, no towels, no sheets, no soap, none of the normal services. Nothing but excuses from management until you leave, dissatisfied. That's a fact... Noteworthy details: You don't want to stay here

Parking at night was a nightmare trying to find a spot near the hotel. other option was near the gas station that always had homeless people at it which didn't seem safe at all. Rooms were not very clean on check in and smelled very stale. bed was very uncomfortable. Advertised continental breakfast that consisted of microwave sandwiches and stale pastries. Area was not safe at all and cops constantly had someone detained or pulled over at the gas station in the attached parking lot. Rooms: Rooms were not the cleanest upon check in Safety: Not a safe area

Terrible service from the administrator and employees, everything was in very bad taste, I felt a lot of racism from all the employees

Not sure how this place gets good reviews! The beds are very uncomfortable. All u can feel are springs. There were hairs on the clean towels, the mattress pad was stained, floors disgusting, employees smoked right outside the entrance, hallways reaked with smell of Marijuana. The shower floor stained black. Would post pictures but unable to. I clean condos for a living and this was unacceptable.
