I will forever respect you guys
What you did for me this morning.. So I went to get some breakfast and I was there just in a whole conversation on my phone while trying to figure out where to start to get my food.. so this guy walked up to me and said to me hi so right off the bat I said hi Im not gonna judge anybody, but I could feel that his energy was off and he was having some type of mental issues.. so he walked away, so Im like all right that was weird but anyways I continue to get my food. There goes the same guy that walked up to me again Do you want to sit down and eat with me? I honestly was kind of creeped out because I was like you came up to me like twice now and youre creeping me out. No sir I do not want to have breakfast with you so he walked away So I share my concerns with the person that was monitoring the food. She was the sweetest. So I started talking to her about it. She told me that he stayed here I said really. Anyways, she saw what happened because she was standing right there with me so she went to tell the person at the front and long story short. They told me to sit down for a second, and not yet go to my room, because when the gentleman saw that I was preparing myself to go to my room, he walked over to the elevator, like he was waiting for me to see where Im going .. They escorted me with security and told me not to get out of my room until Im checking out..

I booked in on March 30 when I came in I was ready to greet the agent at the front. She was not nice at all. She didnt even give me a smirk she just went right into it. How may I help you and you know Im getting all the basic information to get my room key getting up to the room. The room is really nice really clean. The coffee maker is really dirty, so I never use those they slam the door throughout the night on the fifth floor do not come to room 510.
Also, at night, it sounds like when an Iron is hitting a flag pole throughout the night .. Im not sure, but you get the idea.. the fridge is real loud in the room. they are not nice here they are real mean.
Rooms: The room is really nice. The beds are clean. I dont have the issue with the room is the Customer Service and the deliverance .
I would come here again, but please change the staff to nicer, more curious, more jovial and happy people .. because the energy a customer comes in with and if that the energy is not reciprocated it brings a real bad vibes to the hotel everybodys so serious no one smiles
