My name is Alexander Long. The owner's name is Shaun Jackrel. When I decided to put in my two week notice I was fired on the spot. The owner {Shaun} goes out of his way the threaten his employees, put his customers in a state of chaos, and flat out deny any money owed to ANYONE! My last day was FORCED on me on Jan. 16, 2024. I am sadly going out of my way to inform the public. I would advise anyone who shops here to express extreme caution. As it stands, Shaun Jackrel owes me about $1300, and refuses to pay.Now, Let's delve into the lies he's told you all. The swim spas and hot tubs are in fact manufactured in CHINA, not in the USA. The frames are actually stainless steel. His out door kitchens are made from galvanized steel. Not Stainless. He tells every single sales person to lie about what the kitchens are made from.Want to know something funny? He pays his employees to post google reviews. As much as this man has sold me on a future from the ground up.... I put in over a year of my life into his vision. Don't fall for his lies. He goes out of his way to pay google and the BBB to alter his ratings.

Do not buy from this company, everything they tell you is a lie. They will not stand behind the product. We had gel coat start to fail on our hot tub within 3 months of having it delivered, we have been trying to get it fixed since October and they ignore it. Couple weeks ago a motor went out and now they will not fix that. This tub is still under warranty.

Suzie was very friendly, down to earth and seemed to know her hot tubs. She gave us great information about the hot tubs we were looking into and it helped us to make a final decision on our purchase. She was never pushy and we didn't feel like we were dealing with a pushy salesperson.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I made the mistake of signing up for a text alert for outdoor furniture sale items. After receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages, I attempted to opt out by replying to the text with STOP. The calls and texts got worse. I finally answered one time and asked to be removed from their marketing list which never happened. About a week later I received another call which was an automated call. I called back to the company and talked to a guy named Sean that said theres nothing be could do since they use a 3rd party for this service and that Im upset with the wrong dude, I dont know what to tell you. Worst customer service experience Ive ever seen. We just spent $125k on a huge backyard project and didnt buy a single thing from this company because of the awful customer service.
