        I spoke with Aaron at brightway Riverside to get a policy for liability on my Airbnb house in March of last year. Despite paying him, I received numerous notices in the mail for cancellation due to no payment. I called Aaron and he assured me the policy was active. Today, almost one year later, I called up US liability insurance to renew the policy and found out it WAS in fact cancelled early LAST year and they are saying that the money was never transfered from brightway to USLI at all! So I have not been covered this whole time and have been at risk of lawsuit. I am so frustrated and communication is so poor with this agent, my emails rarely receive any reply. I would recommend anybody needing insurance be very careful of this insurance provider.
