        Nurse shows up with an attitude about a personal problem, it went downhill from there, she called my Doctor and her Supervisor stating that I Verbally Abused her, than I received a call from her supervisor who scolded me like a school child and threatened to Discharge me as a patient. I responded with, do what you have to do. I never received a call or a letter confirming they did, they just left me hanging.. STAY AWAY !!!

        Encompass Home Care has been tending to my mother's wounds for several months. They are compassionate, caring nurses who have eased her pain and fears through this ordeal. Shannon, in particular, has gone above and beyond her duties with extra attention to dressing application, researching nutrition recommendations and even finding help for mom's hair loss. Mom looks forward to her daily visits due to her genuine concern and warm personality. With many thanks to all the staff, I would highly recommend Encompass.
