It has been an honor and a privilege to be associated with Joyal Health Care Services for over ten years. The high standards of patient quality of care matches my own. I have watched all of the staff give way above the basic standard of care required. Joyce has picked up medication at the pharmacy for patients who have no way to get them, she has stood vigil with families as their loved one pass, definitely not a requirement or standard of care. She takes the time to listen to what the patient wishes are and if possible she tries to meet them. All the staff work closely with the Medical staff so the best outcomes can be achieved. Joal Health Care Services has consistently achieved the award of being in the Elite 100/500 Home Health Agencies in the Country for the past 18 years. Something very difficult to achieve.
