      • DES EXPERIENCE

        I walked into the service department to get an assessment of my malfunctioning reefer, and was told by the guy at the service desk that I’d have to drop the the trailer and it’ll be a week before they can look at it. Keep in mind as he’s telling me this, he doesn’t have the common decency to even look me in the eye, search scheduling for any openings, or just simply give basic customer service courtesy towards a potential customer. The blatant dismissive ness of it all took me back some, and I just took my business elsewhere. Thermo King: I’m sure your mechanics do a fine job on repairing equipment, but staff that has direct interactions with your customers need training in common courtesy at this location.
