This the third year that Lori at Thomas and Associates helps me with our family health plan. Every year she has been thorough, responsive, and makes the process of exploring the complicated marketplace of health plans simple and understandable. I have not gotten insurance from them yet. I called to inquire for my mother who wants to move to Florida. I spoke with Lori and she is so sweet and helpful! Good customer service is so important to me and that she has! I look forward to doing business with her!
