        This is NOT the best place for a lady to have her hair cut in Jacksonville. My wife was dissatisfied with her service and mentioned it to the hair dresser. Suddenly all eyes were on her and she felt judged and shamed. The owner (Katie?) did not have a good attitude. There are much better salons in Jacksonville, and that's where my wife will go in the future.
