CLOSED: Drybar - Jacksonville

I got a wash and a blow dry today and it was literally the WORST wash Ive ever hadI explained to the stylist I had surgery not to long ago and Im not able to blow dry my hair because of itIm black and natural and so was she so I thought she would have an understanding of my hairunfortunately she was rushing attempted to comb my hair from root to ends and told me I was tender headed when she hadnt even wet it to attempt to comb itthe the water was ice cold to the point I was shivering and asked her to wait until the water warmed upshe did and it was so hot it burned meshe didnt wash all of the shampoo out of my hair and would T give me another rinse when requested the last time she rinsed my hair it was ice cold she was not gentle at all and I am far from tender headed that was THE WORST hair washing experience of my life! I would never go back nor refer anyone here just off that one stylist!!!! I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager

Staff was nice and friendly and even accommodated a blowout instead of a dry style. The style however was a Mai Tai (so like beach waves) and I had it done by 11am and my daughters party was at 1 and I even asked for extra hairspray. Within an hour I went to pick up party favors and it was completely fallen out and straight. I wasted money and by the party time (1:30) my hair was straight. Save your money and time. My hair didnt even hold for an hour. These pictures were one hour after I got to party city and home. Horrible results, never going back.

LOVED the experience! The girls were amazing and my hair lasted the entire weekend (Miami weather)! Highly recommend them! Great location in Riverside!
