Abby is so AMAZING! I have been going to her for three years now and she does an incredible job every single time. Not only does she slay my hair, but she is also an incredibly kind and wonderful person. She has the most uplifting and kind energy. I always look forward to getting my hair done, because I know its going to look amazing and it feels like Im chatting with a friend the second I sit down in the chair. In addition to Abby, all of the other staff is also fantastic. It is such a professional and kind environment. I was so glad I found Abby- she is the first hair stylist Ive had who I never doubt will make my hair look stunning and also have me leaving feeling uplifted and validated. Thank you Abby and Hawthorne- yall are the best!

I have been to Hawthorne Salon twice and both times I've gone, the service has been above and beyond! The atmosphere of the salon is so welcoming and the staff are always so friendly. I've had my hair cut by both Val and Tish, and they both did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair! I'm always super nervous to get my hair cut, but my experience with them has been lovely. They are also super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they use, and are great at recommending products suited for my hair type! Hands down the best hair salon in Jacksonville Florida!
