This gym is the best gym I have ever been to. The machines are amazing and theres loads of different options. I was both intimidated and motivated by seeing the other gym members. I really love the motivational messages placed across the gym.

Fitness 1440 has purchased "MVB" gym and expanded their gym network. The gym has all the 'old school' iron one could hope for and even some custom made machines you've NEVER seen before! Fitness 1440 is open 24/7 according to your membership agreement and you can access all 1440's when you travel. You will find the usual cardio equipment but also an assortment of body part specific machines for those hard to build areas. Other gyms are fine for refining and losing weight and often glitzier but 1440 is more 'old school' . If you've hit a sticking point in your progress, maybe its because the equipment and membership aren't inspirational. 1440 gyms are for those who want to hit their next level of fitness.

Awesome gym, great equipment, and not overly crowded. The only spot for strongman!

Awesome gym, staff is nice. Women's restroom seems to always be decently clean which is a luxury at most gyms. Great selection of equipment for everyone. Only con that I can think of is the lack of space/activities for the kids room. I understand the hours were severely cut but I think no one uses this because the space is small and there's not a huge variety of things for small humans to play with .
