Great staff + great atmosphere = great gym. I dropped at the gym just because it was one of the few places that were opened on Sunday morning. Instead of a workout there was a Deka fit competition. Even if i had never been in one of those before the gym staff allowed me to join. It was great fun and great workout. Till the end of my bussines trip I worked out there every other day. P.S. Keep in mind that there are no showers in the gym, which would be the only area fir improvement.

Went here for OCR training with a couple of friends as it's our first Spartan. I would highly recommend this training even if you've run OCRs in the past, the techniques are really helpful and the trainer is fantastic

Beat gym in Jacksonville! You will be transformed after spending a couple weeks here. Everyone is super supportive and very welcoming!
