        I recently discovered this gym and its exactly what I was looking for! The workouts are efficient and effective and the owners are super friendly and welcoming. The gym itself is clean and whatever you need for your workout is right in front of you without having to share with other members. Im excited to keep coming back!

        TE is the absolute best! I love that the workouts are prescribed, yet you can stay in your section and move at your own pace or modify however you wish. I also love that you have access to a ton of equipment to do the movements in a variety of ways. Chris and Bobby are great - they make you feel welcome and jump at the chance to help whenever you need it. Ive been going consistently for eight months and have noticed huge changes in my physique, strength, mobility, and athleticism. The classes are TOUGH, youll always feel challenged!

        I just recently joined Timed Exercise after doing CrossFit for many years (probably 3 years longer than I should have). It is the best decision I have made in a very long time. The workouts are efficient, time conscious, and I never have to fight over equipment or space to workout. I always leave feeling like I accomplished my goal of staying in shape!
