We chose Marshall's Door & Window Repair to fix three windows in our home. Marshall's is definitely the one to call for any window repair whether Pella, Anderson or any brand. They fix them all, and provide excellent work, at a reasonable price. Marshall's employs their own technicians, that are very competent window technicians. We had the privilege of having Charlie, and he is EXCELLENT. He has over 30 years experience, and it showed! He was exactly on time as scheduled. He did an amazing job repairing our old windows, and saved us a bunch of money, as we did not have to buy new windows. Charlie is very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Charles is a master in the trade with all the right tools, and years of experience. He replaced the rollers on my sliding glass door to the patio. You definitely want a specialist with his expertise and not a handy man guessing at what he's doing. The cost was nominal and Marshall's probably saved me about $3K for installing new doors.

I called on Monday and Marshall returned my call himself within minutes. I had several windows that wouldn't stay open properly. He quoted me a fair price for the labor and per widow cost. Then he had a man out here on Wednesday to look at my windows. 7 of 14 needed new springs. He even discovered one of my windows had damage from someone attempting to force it open. This had damaged the widow. He then repaired all of my widows on the spot and at the agreed price. There was no extra charge for fixing the damage window. What a model of excellent customer service , speedy and affordable repair. I'll be rrecommending Marshall to my whole neighborhood.
