I really wish I would have read the reviews about this place.. this place is actually worse than the reviews. They don’t deliver to my area so I traveled 35 minutes on my lunch break to pick up my order for my wife and was left in waiting area for over 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be completed. Never got my order cuz I left and called customer service and when customer service rep called them they told a different story. These people here seriously just suck. These aren’t cheap gifts but their service surely is

I ordered two arrangements from this location. They messed up on one of my orders. The young lady who took my order spoke with the manager and I was told they would make a new one for me when I need it. I called to place the order but was told there was a new manager and she wouldn’t honor it. She took my name and number told me she would look into it and get back with me. The manager never called me back and this was two months ago!

They deserve a negative. I placed my order on the Friday before Mother's Day. I paid extra for a delivery to be made on Saturday. Saturday came and nothing. No delivery. I called Sunday on Mother's Day, I was told they were running behind but my Mother's gift was in route to her. 8hrs later, no delivery. My mother is in Florida and I'm in Tennessee, so thank you for ruining my surprise to her. This was the worse experience I've ever had and I probably won't use edible arrangements ever again. I called the corporate office to get my refund.
