Edible Arrangements

I really wish I had read the reviews first and I would have ordered from Sharis Berries. I ordered a bundle of different things for my fiancs birthday, half of it was delivered. No balloons, no card. Called the store number listed on their website and got a call center from India. Never offered to deliver what was not delivered and I had to raise my voice to stop him from trying to talk over me. The solution I will get a response within 48 hours arent you kind took 1 minute to take my money and 48 hours to respond once you have it and a bot responds to the long list of horrible reviews. Im Irish and I dont have a short fuse because I have no fuse. Im not waiting 48 hours, Im going to the store right now with all of these reviews to avoid any miscommunication.

They got my MILs order for Mothers Day on time the day before as requested, and they were also very gracious in the face of some confusion from our end (not their fault at all). Everything was as ordered, and my MIL loved the arrangement. She even commented on how nice the delivery person was. I would use them again.

They have a great product, and if picked up at the store all is well. However, they couldnt make a Mothers Day delivery on Mothers Day. That loses a lot of impact from a gift. I finally went by the next day and picked up the arrangement. It was well done. As someone who has run many businesses, I can say the worst thing you can do in sales is promise and not deliver. I suggested they try looking at how they handle deliveries on busy holidays. The response was excuses as to what happened, Im a new manager here, we only had two drivers and 120 orders. You didnt know you needed to make special arrangements? With that outlook I doubt things will improve. Its too bad.
