        I received the worst cake ever and I've been calling and leaving messages for 3 days!! I've left a message with the corporate office requesting a refund, I've called the store and I've sent emails. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. The cake was dry. Stale and tasted like it had been in freezer for months. I want full refund because it's too expensive to be so bad. Customer service has been horrific with no response whatsoever. I'm sick of it and I want money back for a terrible product!! I'll never order from this company again. My first experience using your company to gift someone was a terrible mistake and it was so bad it was embarrassing. You all should be ashamed!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

        Did not get the complete order delivered. I have called and left voice messages for 3 days (cannot get through). I also sent an email through their "contact us" and have not received any calls back. Buyer beware....if you don't live near the store, you may not get what you ordered and they do not respond to make things right.
