I had nothing short of an amazing experience with Hughes Custom Builders. These days its so hard to find a turstworthy contractor, and I felt so incredibly at ease while they were working on my home. I had several other company's quote the job...and they were all much higher, and not as customer service oriented. They do great work, at a great price, and get the job done fast. The employees even went as far as to clean up after themselves when they were done with the job (which you never see these days). They take such pride in their work, and never left without making sure I was 100% satisfied. They are HIGHLY recommended in my book!

I just purchased my 1st home almost 3 months ago and had a rear addition added on and completed by Hughes Custom Builders. I honestly had no idea what to expect. As each phase of the building process neared completion, Dustin was constantly on top of things, keeping me involved with the whole project. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the finishing results. Great craftsmanship as well as great professionalism. I will gladly use & reccomend Hughes Custom Builders to anyone who ask! -Rich

My family and I moved down here at the end of the year last year, and needless to say, we didn’t know anyone when it came to home remodeling. Needing to replace the roof on our newly acquired home, my wife and I were pleased when we came across Hughes Custom Builders at the Home and Patio show at the Prime Osborn Center. I will say, I was skeptical of how young Dustin and his partner, Taylor, were at first. But after a lengthy conversation with Dustin, it was obvious these two southern gentlemen were competent in their trade( having their multiple license numbers posted for all to see, that I may have verified;) , helped reaffirm my confidence as well). As with any large home improvement, there were minor bumps in the road, but Dustin made sure to keep me in the loop of communication and always fix/address any issue to my utmost satisfaction. ( Perhaps most notable, when the shingles were dropped off for the roof, the delivery truck ruined my wife’s bushes that Dustin and Taylor dug up and replaced THEMSELVES the following Saturday morning). As a result of my wife and I’s experience, we are currently looking forward to Hughes Custom homes to begin remodelling our kitchen at the end of this month.
