My sister bought a beautiful couch from them. They were absolutely amazing with her and let her choose exactly what she wanted. Even helped her pick out a nice nightstand for a great price. The delivery was also great! Im jealous of the couch. Will be going there for my furniture needs in the future.

SO happy I came across Rooms R Us. I wish I had found them sooner. I had originally ordered another couch from a different local store at the beginning of the month. I was not pleased with their customer service and the fact they kept pushing back the date of my delivery, only AFTER I kept asking about it. I came across Rooms R Us from their Facebook posts. I really liked the selection they offered and they were quick to respond when I inquired about a certain sectional. I decided to check them out and was immediately greeted with a huge smile from Carolina who was so personable and helpful. I was actually looking for a neutral gray cloud-like couch, but they had sold it the day before. I did like a few of their other couches but wasnt too sure about them because they were a lighter color. I went to check out another store but decided to go with Rooms R Us because of how kind Carolina and the owners were. They gave me an awesome deal on an greige sectional and the owners delivered it to me by that evening. My husband and I love our new couch! I would recommend 100% to others to check out Rooms R Us before anywhere else in Jacksonville. Thank you!
