This florist ROCKS! I definitely recommend. Received a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers for my birthday, but flowers started breaking down day three. Called, got an apology and scheduled delivery for a new bouquet that just arrived. I am beyond happy & pleased.

Dont bother calling. No one ever answers. Dont bother sending a Facebook message because the owners wife will ignore you. People have to go in person if there are any issues. The flowers I did receive which were for another person died within 3 days. However the person who did receive my flowers called my personal cell (personal info on cards) to tell me how beautiful my flowers were and to talk about our shared birthday.

Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service! One star is too many. Ordered a standing spray for a funeral service but the family never received them. I talked to the owner and she was extremely rude and refused to refund or help me in any way. I will be reporting to FTD.
