        Jacob, though new, was extremely knowledgable and curteous. In fact, when we had shipping delays due to the holidays, he personally reached out to other locations in our area and found product from the Gainesville office, whereby they delivered the flooring within days. Michelle was also helpful with this process. Watson installation (specifically Gustavo) did a meticulous job and everything was clean and perfectly installed when complete. I would highly recommend LL Flooring and I will certainly contact them again if I ever need new floors.
