Totally Unacceptable. I contracted Blake Houston last week to administer epoxy on my garage floor. The price was reasonable and I was willing to wait a week for the installation.. We spoke almost everyday to go over the details. The day of the installation he was a NO SHOW and has yet to respond to my numerous telephone calls as to what happened.

Do not hire this company. They will not respect your time, your money and won’t stand behind their “lifetime” warranty.Blake told me he would be at my house at 11am. 1230 pm rolls by and still nothing, so I text and call. Blake says he is 40 min away. Currently 5pm and still no show, no call or text. Absolutely zero communication from his side.I even confirmed the day prior and moved all of my garage to my driveway and left it outside overnight because I work during the day.No wonder they are cheap and offer a “lifetime” warranty. Once they take your money, they won’t want anything with you again.
