We scheduled last week for this week 2 people called to confirm our appointment and address then no one showed up when we called to see if they were running behind or traffic they basically called us a liar that we didnt have an appointment, then while looking for the number of the guy who called us to confirm address the lady got mad and just hung up on my wife . UNREAL
Told us we have a schedule to keep we dont do things last minute but we called a week ago just rude and unprofessional id call someone else

Worst experience ever I mad a appointment 9 days b4 hand and they didn't show up I told them I absolutely ha e to get it done b4 Friday I didn't want to wait that long but sure absolutely no problem we will be there and then not only do they not show up they basically tell me I make it up bc it's not in there system

Talked to a gentleman yesterday about coming in today to get two extinguishers replaced and was reassured the hours of operation were M-F 8-4 however upon arrival at 3:00PM I was met with no answer and the hours of operation stated on the establishment until 4:30 PM. If there was a mitigating circumstance I would of appreciated a notification yesterday before I arrived to it closed today.
