Finally found a Dr I can depend on to see me, hear me, & talk to me with honesty, sincerity, and no "big I, little U" attitude. Hope he outlives me, or doesn't move away like my last one. Plan on keeping him because I trust him & his assistant was so cute & pleasant.

To be told you will have to do a virtual visit for a respiratory problem is not only impersonal but disheartening! As if to say you have cooties and are not welcome in our office! Not everyone has Covid! Most are allergies and can not be diagnosed over a virtual visit. How are you looking in their throat? How are you listening to their chest? How are you looking in their ears? So many details that are suppose to be provided by your facility are falling short because you choose to not deal with the risk factor! Wether a patient is healthy, ill, or ailing there is no pick or choose! That is why you chose the medical profession to help those in need! I have been a patient of Dr. Toledo's for over 25 years and today I was made to feel unappreciated and unimportant because God forbid my allergies are in overdrive! To say disappointed and upset are a understatement!

An absolute disappointment! They never return your calls, on hold for the longest, blood test results delayed for months twice. Refers to specialist never come. I'm sorry but this place doesn't seem to care about the patients at all. Been with him for years but got to change doctors getting older and need some immediate professional help concerning my health.
