horrible customer service. i called his office to make an appointment. operator said i would get a call., no call for three days now. i made a request for appointment online. no call or email. what kind of doctor is this?? in fact the entire office does not return calls.

I would highly recommend Dr. Leibowitz and the staff at Baptist Health/Harbour Place. Let me brag on Dr. Leibowitz to the nursing staff (Jeremy) and the front desk staff who always give the patient outstanding care. They allow enough time for me to discuss my concerns while also taking the time to explain everything in detail. Its comforting knowing that there is such a caring and efficient healthcare team here to support me when needed.

I am a new patient of Dr. Leibowitz. On 11/18, I went online, filled out the appointment request, submitted all my insurance information and received an email confirming my appointment for 12/2. On 11/30, two days before the appointment, I received a message telling me to call the office. After taking my lunch hour, sitting on hold, I finally spoke with someone who advised me that there were to many "New" patient appointments booked and I would have to reschedule. I let her know that I had already scheduled the time off work (very hard to get during this time of year) and she let me know I had no other choice. Now, I am left to find another doctor with a blood pressure issue, and it is the end of the year. I feel that this office had plenty of time, in advance, to call me to reschedule and not wait until it was to late for me to do anything about it. I am upset with Baptist Health and the disregard for the patient and my work schedule and the lack of concern for my health condition. This speaks a lot about the quality of care I would receive and the values of that office staff. Honestly, Dr. Leibowitz's staff should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. Shame on your system and the staff for letting this happen.
