I highly recommend Dr Gargin. She is very personable, attentive and thorough.

Be careful She doesnt fill prescription when needed. I called almost daily for 4 weeks and then was told to find a different doctor. Shes more into the clinic than her patients. The male Dr. is awful, very rude, and will hand up on you without relying messages to the Dr.

My name is actually Leslie and I was seeing Dr Gargin for about a year and then in December for my 3 month appt I had to see the other doc, MOOSAVI I believe is his name and he was horrible to me , at one point he snatched my Rxs out of my hand bc I wanted a refund bc I was told I'd have my visit w him but no he said it was only to get the Rxs and then when I said well what about my check up for the 3 month s he said no I'm only doing Rxs and I said no one told me and when I said that's not right he yelled get out of my office or I'll call the police and he was standing over the receptionist screaming at her to do so and I said if I was a white man u wouldn't be talking to mee like that. He is most definitely male cheavinist and and racist. I caled today Jan 23, 2024 to speak w Dr Gargin and what transpired and she said bc she was not there she doesn't know what happened which means she's basically calling me a liar. I even told her I hold nothing against her and she was a good doctor but she could at least apologize on behalf of her colleague and she said again idk what happened and I tried to tell her , and mind u no one is cussing or yelling it was all completely calm, and she said again well I wasn't there so idk know what happened and if you keep acting like this...and I just hung up. Fortunately I got a new doc immediately Dr Pupo at The Doctors Center in Mandarin on Old St Augustine Rd and he's great!! I guess the other doc hold the purse strings for the practice. And I use the word practice loosely after that experience.So don't waste your time or money w IMMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE & Dr. Gargin and ESPECIALLY NOT Dr. MOOSAVI!

I have been so fortunate to find Dr. Gargin. Not only is her office extremely convenient for me, but she has proven to be knowledgeable, efficient, and sympathetic. I highly recommend her and her office for primary care.

I got to my appointment which was really needed and set for 2 pm. I arrived at 2 pm on the dot and waited in the waiting room for 23 minutes PAST my appointment time. I needed air due to medical reasons (THAT I SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR) and walked around the building (I also told the receptionist) I came back SIX MINUTES later and they forced me to reschedule bc the Doctor was completely booked and had other ppl to see. My time wasnt important and hers was? I was just another number after they begged me to come when I was going to cancel my appointment to begin with. Im glad I wasnt seen by this shady practice. Their actions were as shady as the office looks. Its a hole in the wall that I was already skeptical about from the moment I arrived. I thank God it happened this way. Please stay far away from a doctor who can be too busy for a potential patient. I was clearly just another number to her.
