        At my exam Dr. Yoder prescribed an antibiotic but recommended I test for Covid. I had to use a home test since they were out of tests. I called to let her know my results were positive and was told a doctor would call me. Instead her assistant called and said Covid is a virus and I could continue taking the antibiotic.I hung up but this did not seem right to me. I called my pharmacist and asked him if I could take Amoxicillin for Covid. He said Amoxicillin is not prescribed for Covid. I called Dr. Yoders office back and asked for a doctor to call me but her assistant called me again.This time she said Dr. Yoder prescribed a different medication for Covid and gave further instructions.
