Since 2019 I have been attending Jax Family Care and they have been very kind, helpful, with a lot of human quality from the Reception to the last member of the offices. Doctor de l Oz has a lot of knowledge and is a very prepared person since I take the time to investigate who I put myself in. Needless to say about Dr. Rosa, she is a loving person and leaves nothing in the air and pays even the slightest attention to you and is almost like a friend. What I like most about them is that they have never attended to me on the spot, they always take the time I need to be listened to, evaluated and explain everything to me very clearly since I am not a doctor and there are things or terms that I do not understand and they They take the time to explain it to me until I can understand everything. Thank you very much for caring about my health, not so much physical but emotional, for protecting me and wanting to prevent any anomaly. Thank God they referred them to me!

Dr De la hoz and both of his nurse practitioners are very thorough and they give you enough time to explain your issues. They in turn make sure you understand what they are telling you! Explains thoroughly. They make you feel that you are important. I would not change this A team for any other.
