I've use PPS for credentialing and they are great. Kimberly was very informative during the intake process. Vanessa keeps me updated regularly. Rachel was awesome with regular updates and immediate responses to my emails. Highly recommend!

We hired PPS for a simple credentialing process more than 3 months ago and yet to receive any tangible results Diane our account manager was not responsive majority of the time that we had to keep escalating to her manager. We have an entire project on hold for months now due to the unjustified delays. I highly recommend that you do your research before hiring PPS.

I have Used PPS services for credentialing . Kimberly was very helpful ,prompt and responsive with the initial intake process . Lindsay performed actual credentialing application and complete process . Lindsay is very knowledgeable, thorough and experienced . both are very professional and competent . i would highly recommend PPS services.

Carrie Hambright was so very helpful and quick in getting me credentialed. She kept me updated early/often and I never felt alone through the entire process. If she didnt know the answer to my series of odd/silly questions, she always hooked me up with someone who did. I will continue with the maintenance program as I found the service to be so helpful and solid. Owning a house call business was never my goal because I never understood the back office, billing or legal side of things, but I was supported through every step and it was actually more simple than I had anticipated with PPS guiding me from day one. Five stars all the way!

My experience with PPS was phenomenal. Lindsay P was a force of nature when it comes to credentialing! I saved so much time and hassle, would definitely recommend PPS to anyone!
