Luna Khadour, MD

She is always on time. I asked her most recently as she walked in the room at 10:00 (the appointment was for 10:00) how she did it. She simply said I dont like to wait. I have never felt rushed and I have seen her regularly for the past 7 years. She refers me when necessary without haste. I am a retired nurse and I appreciate her for her ability to form a connection, establish trust, and become a partner with the patient in achieving the goals.

I prematurely Rated Dr. Khadour with 5 stars. My experience with her have been rather grim. I communicated with several of her staff members. Left voice and portal messages in regards to obtain prescription refills. Months past with no reply and my efforts still continuing. When finally catching her ear she was careless and crass in her replys. I am a high risk patient. Dr. Kahadour sent my medications to the wrong pharmacy further complicating matters. I terminated my relationship with her due to her own unprofessionalisum.

What a great experience I had on my first visit to my new Doctor, Luna Khadour. Her office staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was actually called to come back to see the Dr. before my scheduled appointment time which was definitely a first for me. Both Dr.s that I saw that day were very attentive and answered all my questions. I can tell from this one appointment that I have chosen the right office. Thanks, Memorial Family Medical!
