    Booked my reservation. Called the hotel directly, once to confirm they had my reservation. I then called again and let him know I would be arriving after midnight and if I could still check in. He said no problem, well just need a card on file once youre here but we have 24hr staff We arrive at 1:30 and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Before I could speak she started saying how she has no one checking in and the payment system is down. At this point after working a full day and driving 8 hours, we now had no where to stay. We offered to leave a credit card for her to run in the morning and she refused. She didnt offer any help or even attempt to. And there was definitely NO customer service. I will never book here again and would never recommend it. If their policy is that they cant accept payments after 11pm, I shouldve been informed when I called the second time and I wouldve been more than happy to provide a card then, knowing Id be arriving after that. Terrible start to our trip and Id put negative stars if I could.

    I booked a room but didn't realize you can't check in until around 3pm so I had to wait but the front desk lady named Susan was a big help and got me in asap. The room was spacious with everything I needed along with the most important thing a comfy bed to sleep in. I slept so well I didn't want to leave. It is hard to get ahold of someone by phone until a certain time because they are busy but if you contact them in the afternoon it might be better. I would say it was about a 8 out of 10.

    My reservation was cancel by the hotel manager. When I went to the front deck to ask why they didn't want to give me an answer neither did expedia or the company choice hotel. They would tell me but I know why. Some man wearing a woodspring suite shirt out of the blue asking not in a business setting for me to personally identify myself to him and i didnt cause he could of been faking. He took my response to his request personally. And I was dnr by an employees of the hotel for his own personal reason. I did nothing illegal or I wasn't informed I had done something legal. If I hadn't went to pay for my room for the next I would been blindsided in a bad reason. To be punish for that wow this country sure has fallen. Safety and options are against the low now dames we screwed

Good afternoon, We are extremely sorry you had any problems with your check in. I dont condone any employee not going above and beyond to take care of our guest. When i spoke to you yesterday over the phone i stated that as long as we can run your card before closing you would be fine to check in as soon as you get here. while we are able to run cards after we close at a certain time our system gos though an audit and shifts cant be opened. Not sure if the card you had on file was active or not. I will be looking into this and hope that you would give us another chance in the future to accommodate you.
