I'm very happy to be at such a great establishment. They are under renovations... the management, Alma, lizz, and Greg are all amazing GENUINE hard working, compassionate people. I feel very welcome and safe. Mike is another impressive person working here. He helps Greg the maintenance Manager keep this place nice. Another special person at the front desk is Alexis. She went above and beyond to help me. Also, Trei at the front desk...there is no job too small or big that he will make sure gets done with a positive attitude, and professional manor. Thank you to you all!!! I will recommend.

I arrived at the hotel at check-in time (3 pm) but they told me rooms where not ready because they were still been cleaned, so I left and came back 30 minutes later and the room was ready. To my surprise it looked like the room had not been cleaned at all, only the bed had been made, but there were small roaches, dead and alive, all over, the shower was disgusting, and they were two wet dirty nasty looking towels left. The old wall AC was missing buttons, luckily I had a pen and was able to operate the missing buttons. Rooms: The rooms are old and dirty, the light didnt work, the floor had small roaches and the bathroom was nasty

Staff is nice. There has been no toilet paper for the past few days meaning you have to go out and buy toilet paper for your motel room. The water is turned off for hours every day. They say that if there is a leak somewhere that they have to turn off the water to fix it. But that would mean there has been a leak for the past 2 weeks?? Also, no fresh towels. They give you one set at check in and if you want clean ones, you have to wash them yourself. That means purchasing detergent and spending $3.75 on both washer and dryer. Studio 6 Phillips Hwy Jacksonville Florida Was a great place for me to reside initially. However, the former Manager Mr Ozzie is gone. And no one will tell us why, he was Awesome!!! Plus he was very Professional, Friendly & Warm. Nevertheless, this new Manager & Staff are not. Because, we have found them Rude, Surly& Uncaring. & Racist toward African Americans. For example, the front staff asked an Anglo man If he wanted to speak to the Manager, he said no But when I asked for the Manager, I was told she was too busy or Unavailable, like I said Rude ppl. It would be nice for Studio 6@ Phillips Hwy. To rehire Mr Ozzy, because he was great with us I usually don't do reviews, but today was a lot. And for a Manager to hide out & send Ms Rude. To me spoke volumes of our Importance as Tenants. Food & drinks: Many varieties to choose from
