The staff is amazing, Angelica, Tasha, Tracey, Brandon.....everyone is accessible, willing to help, or just talk if you have had a bad day. I have never had an issue with noise or bad neighbors. The staff are on it to make sure everyone has a good experience. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the new upgrades are great. My neighbors are friendly, and I have never had an issue since I have been here. They are definitely pet friendly. My dog loves everyone here, and they always make time to pet and love on her anytime we go for a walk. The location is perfect, and stores and restaurants are close by. My stay here has been wonderful I can't say enough about everyone here.

This service and people here are amazing. The grounds were always kept up. Also the front desk and housekeeping were on point.

If you like to find the worst nightmare of your life this is the place, from the entrance you can sense the stench, when you enter the room the dirt was what you could feel the most from the depths of your pores. rice everywhere, dirt in the toilet, slime on the bathroom hand cleaner. I went to get my room changed, it was already 12:30 am, the guy at the reception was rude, annoying, it seems like his job stinks, he gave me another room, it was worse, the musty smell was so strong that I had to turn on the AC. at maximum power, by the way it did not work well, when I opened the sheets on the bed, I realized that they were soaked, yes, as you can see, they were soaked, they made the bed with soaked sheets. I came back very upset and the guy didn't appear anywhere, he showed up at 2 am and told me there are no more rooms. I had to go back to the first one, the people who come to this place have no respect, I couldn't sleep for a few hours. 6am I left. I didn't sleep, they didn't give me any solution, I talked to the manager of the place just like the one at the rude reception without any kind of solution. never again staying here the worst stay of my life.
