I stayed here for 2 weeks with my kids. I told the lady at the front desk that we needed a ground floor room because my children are autistic and one has a tic where he stomps. She put us on the 2nd floor anyway. Then they called me and complained about the noise. He can't help it! Then, my microwave sparked alot, there was a huge bubble in the side of it. We couldn't use it while we were there. Next, they made me pay a $100 deposit and it was never returned. The rooms were somewhat clean. There was an old mat in the bottom of the tub that looked like it had mold under it. I cleaned it before my family used it. This stay was not the best but not the worst. I wish I'd gotten my deposit returned. I thought I was supposed to get that back. They also attempted to charge me for an extra day just because I was a little late checking out. We were moving into a new place and it took a couple of trips.
