I held my retirement party there on 6/23/23 and lets just say that Mr & Mrs Polite exceeded my expectations. It was truly an experience that I will never forget. I gave them my vision and they blew it out of the water. It was so elegant and to say it was a vibe is an understatement. If you are looking for the ultimate experience, you wont be disappointed.

Mrs. Pam and the Grand Rose Ballroom team helped my husband and I have the wedding beyond our wildest dreams. Ms. Pam took my vision and went above and beyond to make it a reality. Her attention to detail is exquisite. Our guests have been complimenting their experience from begging to end. She really helped us throw "the party of the century". I highly recommend this venue for all brides. Pam's expertise and passion made the process seamless. I really got to enjoy this experience stress free. Ms. Pam and the entire staff at the grand ros ballroom saved my life! I planned my daughter, a sweet 16 birthday party, and the previous venue canceled on me 11 days before the party because they closed down. I reached out to Ms. Pam, and informed her of this and not only did she deliver a far better venue, service, and overall experience everyone that attended the party, was amazed. Ms. Pam is professional. She is organized and is an expert in events. I want to thank Ms. Pam again, and I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 grand rose ballroom. I would definitely be back. We recently held a baby shower here at the Rose Ballroom. The decorations were gorgeous, absolute perfection! Ms. Polite and her staff made the entire experience a joy, and we celebrated the "soon to be" arrival of our newest love without a care... because Pam had taken care of everything!

The venue decor was trying too hard, and it showed. The excessive sparkle, glitter, and plastic dinnerware gave it a somewhat cheesy vibe. Similarly, the food was just average. Perfect for a sweet 16 or Barbie party, though.
