Incompetence and worse. Cancellation of services, and refusal to return/refund balance.. Even 1 star is too much. Complained to the FL Board of Prof Engineers. They have 5 complaints against this man/this company. Complaints Filed: Jan 30, 2009; Dec 5, 2008; Feb 21, 2019; May 7, 2020; July 2, 2021.

I was an intern over the summer and the experience was a blessing. The owner, Mr. Johns, taught me more about civil engineering than I could ever learn in school. I also learned a lot about interacting with clients. I was allowed to sit in on some meetings, and I saw how professional Mr. Johns was. He gave each project the same importance and each client the same respect. Though the company is small, the quality of work is as good as, if not better than, the biggest and most well known companies.

I interned with SolideRockEngineering for about 5 months and over the duration my experience was eye opening. Not only did they welcome me into their family, but they gave me knowledge that Ill have with me for a lifetime. Watching how they interact with clients in a professional manner, and how they work diligently to ensure projects are done efficiently is above all other competitors. The lead engineer and owner Jimmy Johns truly knows the best way to help a client reach their goals.

I received my drawings in a timely manner, all of the office personnel were tremendously facilitating during the whole process, and Jim made sure that I received what I needed - great business, great people!
