I want to say that both Caroline K & Teresa were incredible recruiters. They are very different than other recruiters. When you had a question, their answer was not..."that would be a question for the hiring manager", they found answers, they did it the same day of our initial conversation, and after the first conversation with the hiring managers I was given an offer. Not only was this very fulfilling for ME, but hopefully very fulfilling for CSS staff as well. In closing they made a difference for ME, they made a difference for their client, and most likely...for their company as well. That is just the way you like it...Win, Win, Win...all the way around.
