Monograms & More/Sunbeam Embroidery

From what I gather, this is more of a place for businesses to bring in T-shirts and such. I was made to feel like the 4 items I brought in were an inconvenience and not a priority at all, as it took several awkward and tension filled conversations to receive the items. Still confused on why I received so much attitude . I brought my items in on Monday, May 9 and was told theyd be ready for pick up on Wednesday, May 17 at the latest. I had to provide a deposit to ensure that I received digital mock-ups and that these items would be ready by Wednesday, which was fine. However, when I came in on Wednesday about half an hour before close, I was told Stephen was gone for the day and they werent ready. I was supposed to receive the mock-ups no later than first thing that morning (which still feels last minute), but didnt receive them until after 1 and was never contacted to be told the items would not be ready for pick up that day. This threw a wrench in several peoples schedules. After an awkward conversation with the owner that Wednesday afternoon in the shop, and an even more uncomfortable conversation with Stephen Thursday morning, I was told I could pick them up Thursday at noon. Im giving them 3 stars instead of 1 because the items do look great and they gave me an unexpected and considerable discount after everything, which I appreciated. I left several details, direct quotes, and rude things said to me out for brevitys sake. Judging from the last review versus previous ones, maybe these folks are just in a rough patch. Idk

Went to get hat embroidered with my own logo, was told all I needed to bring was my hat, pay a $30 fee and that it was going to need to be digitized (never mentioned to me that for it to be digitized it was going to be a extra fee), before I left out I doubled checked to make sure my hat and the $30 was all I needed and she responded yes. I came back with my hat then afterwards I was sent a invoice saying that it was a fee for it to be digitized when I wasnt told any fee for it to be drawn when we first discussed everything. Lastly, I came to pick up my hat and received an attitude from her.

Stephen and Liz are the dynamic duo! So kind, patient and professional. And the work is impeccable! Not to mention, theyre really warm, funny and sweet people with amazing customer service! We will definitely be going back to them, and only them!
