Deluxe Cleaners on Oak St has been very good about how they clean my clothes even catching small stains I didn't know was there.

I have been using this cleaner for approximately 2 years now and I have now been trying to get my laundry and comforters picked up for over 3 weeks now!!I put my order in online and no pickup,  then I called and left a message and a week later, got a call and was told they would have to turn it over to a manager and they would call me back!!! What a joke!!! Still haven't heard back!!So, at this point in time, I'll find someone else!! I don't know how these people stay in business handling orders this way!!!They are useless!!!  They are undependable, unprofessional, unorganized and definitely don't belong in business!This is not the first time I have had issues with them and have tried to be patient and understanding, but I'm done!This is just a warning to others that are contemplating using them! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!  FIND SOMEONE THAT DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS!!!

They take your clothes HOSTAGE! I dropped my clothes off on Tuesday and was told they'd be ready on Thursday. Came at Thursday. Was told to come back after 5PM. Came back at 5:45PM on Thursday. Was told to come back Friday after 5PM. Came back at 5:30PM on Friday. Was told to come back Saturday. Came in on Saturday. Was told they might not have all the clothes, because of problems with their machines. TLDR. They string you along and never finish your clothes.

The first few times I used DeLuxe, my shirts were not done when promised.  That's the good part of my review.  I was dumb enough to keep using them as they are close to where I live.  Since then I've had missing buttons and the last time I used them I found a huge rip in my shirt sleeve.  I took the shirt back and was told the manager would call me.  It's been 3 weeks and nothing.  Avoid these guys, their service is horrible.
