        I dropped off my 3 pairs of pants to hem on Monday, she asked me Thurs or Fri for pick up, I gave her the option, she chose Friday, I went to pick my pants up at 1500 on Friday and she had not touched it! She had it since Monday!!

      I don't know who told you to do that but this is improper competition because you didn't came to our store before, you are not in our computer system. How did you accepted to do that.
