      image The staff at this facility let my mother bleed out for 2.5 hours until she noticed she was bleeding. I called to address this issue and was told they will do an investigation and call me back. I got no response as of yet. This is unacceptable!

      image Where is any kind of new patient introduction/interaction? Zippo. Just 20 pages of papers shoved in my damn face w/o a single word. No reports on patient progress or status. The virtues of this place have been vastly overexaggerated to me.

      image very unprofessional. They don't show ANY care to the patients. They hurt my husband badly during treatment. Already filed a grievance and my husband is now going to go to the hospital for dialysis because they at least KNOW what they are doing, this center ain't worth it.
