This place is run by incompetent staff. The social worker is barely available and not much of a help anyhow. They don't listen to their patients on any matter. Just because you have a damn degree, doesn't make you smart. They're not consistent and they will lie to your face about getting something resolved and you find out it wasn't a week later. Fresenius stands for more than this pathetic excuse of a facility. If anyone wants to know what a dialysis clinic is really supposed to be like, go to WestJax, where they're treated like patients and not customers.

This is the most ghetto facility I have been to it sounds like a night club with all the yelling across the room about who has braids who doesn't have braids by some of the nurses, techs as well as other patients, air conditioner during the summer broke for 2 months that they were worried about the chemical being extremely hot in the big tanks...in the summer it is hot in the winter cold even nowthe manager is so freaking cheap she won't adjust the air conditioner/heater to a comfortable temperatures. instead of catering food or picking food up for events they have the manager is bringing food from cooked from her home.they are always out of one medication or anouther. The manager is never there and if she is its because corporate is coming that day. the social workers don't help and don't know how to help they are incompetent they walk around just greeting folks like they are Wal-Mart greeters with no knowledge of there job. Broken tv's for a good 2 years that I was stuck there cause she won't give you a transfer with out threatening to call corporate or the state department, Broken chairs too she won't replace for monthes, she shifts the blame of everything on corporate doesn't matter what the problem is you can always count on her to shift blame on some one else, is she not the manager there...lol
