I truly wish Greenberg would get with the times and make it more convenient to make ortho payments online versus having call and hope you get ahold of someone in billing to take a payment for you.

I have just finished my complete dental procedure, which included implants and crowns . I am very pleased with the support I have gotten , its a journey but well worth it. Thanks to Dr Bennett and his staff and also Dr long and staff .

Terrible Experience! I lost a retainer recently and I came in to get an upper retainer done. The first set the girl did on me was completely messed up so, so came back the same day to get second set. When I came back for the second set. The second set wasn't 100% perfect but they told me that it will take a week to get used to. During my week with the retainer, I noticed is wasn't fitting teeth properly. They hurt me so bad. I felt like I was wearing braces all over again and my teeth shifted as well. I tried calling the office, no one answers their phones! Line is always busy. When the transfer me to the orthodontist phones, it rings for a really long time. I work full time, I dont have time the be calling the office all the time hoping the would pick up. I left messages hoping someone would get back to me and they dont. I just lost $200.
