        Absolutely amazing! My daughter chipped a tooth and was in a lot of pain. I was desperate to find a dentist that could help and wasnt having a lot of luck. I am so glad that I ended up finding Jacksonville Gentle Dentistry. They were able to get us in right away, they were all so friendly, they had so many modern amenities like a monitor that they can show you X-rays on while you are sitting in the dental chair and tvs on the ceiling to watch while you are having work done. They were very patient with my daughter who was a bit nervous about getting a tooth removed and really helped her confidence. What started out just being the place that happened to be available is now the place that my whole family will be using.

        Never go to Dr. Holly Nadji. I was originally referred to Dr. Radel but he was booked out for two months and I was in excruciating pain. I called Gentle Dentistry to see if they had any availability. I had to prepay $1399 for a root canal. Ive never been to a dental professional where everything done was painful. From her trying to numb me and everything afterpain. Not gentle in the least. She the I have to have a dental plan which would cost another $700. I was in the chair in pain, upset as shes trying to extort another $700. I did not leave with a root canal, she did not prescribe me medicine Im able to take for the pain and I left in the same condition as I came. I called Dr. Radel to ask that his office calls me if there is any cancellations. Thankfully there was and I finally got my root canal done quickly and painlessly and paid $1900. She charged me $2099 for absolutely nothing which Im disputing. Bad business practices, bad bedside manner, horrible experience all around. Avoid the office of Holly Nadji like a plague. She deserved 0 after that appointment. Zero.

We tried to contact you by phone and text and did not hear back from you. We referred your account to our collection agency to follow up with your credit card dispute, as you disputed a charge for work that was already in your mouth. They have not heard back from your credit card company regarding your dispute for work that is already in your mouth. You called our office today and used extreme profanity with our staff. We called you and your voicemail was full and we could not leave you a message, we texted you requesting that you call us back. Please call our office at 904.731.1919 so we can help you.
