RadiFi Credit Union

As usual, my experience in getting my new acct set up was excellent. The credit Union representative was very polite very thorough and answered all of my questions. The name may have changed but the customer excellence has not.

Cliff notes *Lazy *Will only work when its convenient for them Walked in on a Saturday at 12:40 when they close at 1 PM. There was a line all the way to the door. I looked around for water for my pregnant wife, but they did not have any available so I went to the store next-door. Walked in at 12:52 exactly and there was still one person ahead of me. Got to the front and the attendant said since I wasnt a member, they couldnt open an account for me since They were about to close. I told the lady working the counter that I spoke with someone on the phone, and they said that it would take no more than 20 minutes and she said that it didnt matter since they were closing. Mind you I was in the bank before so standing there wouldnt have made a difference. I would have wasted my time. If you are a customer you would think that they would want your business but unfortunately this bank falls in line with the failing customer service trend thats been going on. If they did this to me, imagine what theyll do to your money Steer clear of this branch
