      image Dollar Tree in university Blvd West , i don't understand why the management is so poor and don't have considerations with their workers, one casher for the store, one stocker, and the manager seat in the office when the people is in line for hours waiting.

      image I know its a dollar tree and I have no expectations when I come in but this location has homeless people outside and the employees just talk about their personal issues and life out loud and doesnt even acknowledge the customers at all. When I was at the register, they didnt even look at me, or nothing. They just kept talking and were too busy talking to each other
