    AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Never in my life have I been treated the way I was just treated by the receptionists at this practice. I had my first appointment with a psychiatrist it took a month to book with, waited another month for my second appointment, then showed up and signed in directly behind someone else. After a while had passed, one of the awful, rude girls at the front tells me with a blank face that somehow they missed my check in and so Ill have to reschedule or see another practitioner. I was shocked and told her my check in time and showed where I had signed in, and then she started trying to gaslight me into believing it was my fault and that I had been too late for the appointment (their cancellation policy is 15 minutes. I sent a text while waiting in their lobby for a 3:30 appointment at 3:39, so clearly I was in that window) or that I should have come up and knocked on the window after enough time had gone by. After waiting for months to switch medication, due to THEIR error and THEIR negligence, I had no choice but to reschedule until another week or see someone who knew nothing about my medical history, my trauma, nothing. But what was absolutely disgusting to me, as someone who works in compassionate care and as front of office/a receptionist, is how the people working here felt it acceptable to treat me with such disrespect, dismissing me and refusing to let me speak to a manager and refusing to apologize or take any accountability for THEIR mistake. If this is how they treat their clients and run their business, if they will cancel appointments for people they are prescribing medication for and make it seem like your fault when they screw up, BEWARE. People deserve care and respect at all levels and you will not find it here. I walked out and will take my chances at another practice. The receptionists cant do their jobs and then blame patients and gaslight them for the consequences of not doing their jobs at a mental health clinic, and I cannot emphasize how sick that is.

    Mia in the office is a phenomenal person! She made it her mission to help me out after only speaking to me once. She was a huge blessing to me!! Also, Dr Harris really listened to me and cared about my needs. My initial appt was at 5pm, but she treated me like I was her 1st client of the day!

    I am a new patient who scheduled an appointment about 5 days ago upon scheduling I was told Id get new patient paperwork emailed to me. I reach out after the weekend to confirm I had an appointment because I still hadnt received the paperwork, whoever worked the front desk confirmed I had an appointment but rudely told me she didnt get my paperwork and it needed to be sent in. I initially booked this office because it was recommended on my insurance providers website and had great details about the doctors, their values, structures etc. I figured she must have a had a bad day, I then decided to just check their google reviews. Where I found she wasnt having a bad day and rudeness is something to be expected with this office and this is how the front office speaks to people. I called back immediately and decided to cancel and spend my money elsewhere. First impressions are everything, Thanks for helping me figure that out before I went and spent my money. :)
